From 2026, you can also turn to The Bookie for your hospitality business administration. The Bookie Webapp integrates seamlessly with various POS systems, and we work with some truly inspiring partners—one of whom is Daan Smeltzer. My Bookies handle my administration well, think like an entrepreneur, and I can always get in touch quickly if anything comes up. They are just nice and practical and don't make things difficult.

We all know the feeling: you’re working on your administration, everything seems to be going smoothly… and then suddenly—oops—a invoice with the wrong amount, the wrong VAT rate, or sent twice. Panic? Not at all, there’s a super handy solution: the credit invoice.

The year is coming to an end: time to take a close look at your business and your tax position. Those who’ve been good get treats (less tax and interest), while those who haven’t get the stick (more tax and interest), so to speak. A TL;DR with a checklist—and an invitation to brainstorm live during the Bookie Drinks.

Are you planning to convert your sole proprietorship into a BV (private limited company)? Then you’ll need to submit a declaration of intent to the Dutch Tax Authority. A what now?! No worries — we’re happy to explain it in a simple and clear way.
