What's the difference between Basic and Plus: in service and costs?
With Plus, we enter your expenses and file VAT returns on our own initiative. With Basic, you enter expenses and notify us when we can file your return. The basis for all subscriptions is exactly the same.
Basic subscriptions
With all subscriptions, you receive our accounting tools, the audit of your records, your VAT returns, and annual figures and/or income tax returns. BV subscriptions generally also include your payroll returns, annual figures and a filed annual report, your corporate tax return, your dividend return, and/or your income tax return.
Plus module
Do you want to do less yourself and do you appreciate having your bookkeeper continuously monitoring your work? Then activate Plus as an additional module.
We will then enter your expenses for you, file VAT returns on our own initiative, and you will have access to more features in The Bookie Webapp, such as project administration.
In terms of costs, there isn't much difference. You pay a fixed amount for the basic subscription and purchase additional credits. Think of it like a prepaid phone. You pay €65 for every 50 expenses we process for you. 1 credit equals 1 expense. You only purchase a new bundle of credits once those credits are used up.
So, do you have few expenses? You pay little.
Do you have more expenses? Then you pay a little more.
This way, you are not tied to an expensive, ongoing subscription, and the costs adjust to your needs.
